• Which version of the game do I need?

  Currently, Luna is running on Gracia Epilogue.

  No. Once you have the official client installed you'll need to download our patch in order to connect. You should consider reading our detailed installation guide.

• I just started the game and somehow everything is huge, I can't even see the login box... WTF?

  First, calm down before I get mad. Then, press ALT+ENTER to switch the game to window mode and resize the window. Get on the Lineage II options and adjust the resolution and switch back to full screen. Exit the game normally to save the changes (in case you crash, so you don't have to redo it) and run the game again. Everything should be fine.

• I can't connect. It stucks at "You are currently logging-in, please wait a moment." forever.. Why?

  You either didn't extract our patch properly, your firewall is blocking L2 to access internet, or the server might be unavailable (this is extremely rare):
  

  • Our patch must be extracted in the main folder of Lineage II.
  • If you have any firewall installed, disable it or allow L2.exe to access the Internet.
  • Check the current server status and make sure it's online.

• I have a Gameguard Error. What's this?

  We don't use Gameguard. Make sure you used our patch and read our installation guide.

• I'm getting a critical error upon login. I can't login my character anymore. What can I do?

  Simply use the Unstuck function under your account panel on the character that's unable to login, it'll solve your issue.

• I just logged in, but... the camera is moving alone, why?

  You probably have a gamepad plugged-in. Unplug it. If you don't have one, calm down with the vodka.

• My character is running alone, my map is black, and I have several other issues... What's this?

  Well. It sounds like you didn't download the proper client. Or, you are missing textures and you use a different system folder than the one provided by L2Dreams. Review our detailed installation guide and make sure you use the proper client/patch.

• I often get critical errors... is there any way to solve this issue?

  Unfortunately not. If the error is always the same then there's definitely an issue that you should let us know about.

• Where is the server located? and is it hosted on a gameboy?

  Luna is currently hosted at ThePlanet, in Houston (USA) datacenter. And no lol, it's not really hosted on a gameboy:

• Do you have any information regarding Luna enchant system?

  The enchant rate is 69% (don't ask why...) for blessed scrolls and normal scrolls. The grade of the equipment or the type do not influence the rates. It's static value, 69% for everything. The safe enchant has been set to 5 on everything, and the maximum enchant is set to 25. As for the scrolls, you can obtain them from raid bosses, mini raids, purchase them in the Luxury Shop and get them as reward while playing events.

• Is there any "GM Shop"? Where can I find them?

  Yup, you can purchase all grades equipments, as well as ancient equipments. Depending on the town/village location you will be able to find different equipment grades. All grades are being sold in Giran Castle Town.
  
  The "GM Shops" are located in normal stores, such as Weapon Store, Jewelry Store, Armor Shop, Grocery Store etc. Use your map or ALT+M to locate them.

• Where can I get these Silver/Gold & Dreams Coins?

  You can exchange adenas for these custom currencys in the Luxury Shop at Giran Castle Town. You may also obtain these coins in several events and from some monsters/raid bosses.

• How many subclasses can I have?

  There's no limitation as for how many subclasses you can have on your character, therefor you may have all subclasses available for your character. The races limitations still applies.

• What do I have to do to become noble?

  You'll have to complete the quest "Pocessor of a Precious Soul" which you can start at Talien in Aden.

• Is there anything I should know about Olympiads?

  Yup. The olympiads schedules has been changed so that the Olympiads Battles takes places once every 4hours, for one hour. The olympiad period lasts 15days. Oh... and, you're allowed to use equipments up to A grade only.

• Is there any "NPC Buffer"? How long does the buffs lasts?

  You should've checked the Features page before coming and ask this question.... seriously!

• Where can I get cokes?

  Cokes are droppable from any High Level Zone. Regular cokes drops and cokes recipes are not available.

• How do I get Synthetic Cokes?

  You can exchange Cokes for Synthetic Cokes at the Luxury Shop located in Giran Castle Town, or alternatively, obtain the Recipe: Synthetic Cokes and craft them, which costs cheaper than using the Luxury Shop.

• I need a Gamemaster assistance but couldn't find one in-game. What to do?

  Gamemasters are most of the time ingame however often hidden. The easiest way to reach us is to either use our forums or live chat. Before bothering contacting us, make sure only a gamemaster can answer your question and also make sure we will be able to help you (review server rules). You should as well check if your question hasn't been already answered in this F.A.Q :)
