Donations are gifts given voluntarily without return consideration. They are here to help us to pay the monthly bills of our servers. Without them and without your support, we wouldn't be able to afford to pay the bills, monthly, of all our servers and therefor L2Dreams wouldn't be here, or at least, wouldn't be that popular and successful as we couldn't have handled to welcome so many users.

By submitting donation to lineage2dreams.com, you agree that you are not entitled to receive anything from us, though, rewards will be given to those who have donated as a thank you for your continued support. This form of donation is completely voluntary as explained earlier, and it is used to improve L2Dreams.

By submitting a donation via Paypal you agree to the terms presented in the following lettered statements:
1. You will not attempt to recall your donation to lineage2dreams.com.
2. You will not dispute the charges incurred to your paypal account from your voluntary donation to lineage2dreams.com.
3. You understand that this is a voluntary donation and it is not refundable or disputable at any time or any reason.
4. Any attempt to fraud donation system will lead to permanent removal of your account(s) from our network.
5. Being a donator do not give you any privelege. You will be threat just like any other player.
6. If reward received in response to a donation or donation(s) was stolen/lost/misplaced/dropped in game, we will not be held responsible for its recovery.
7. If you do not agree to these terms, do not send in a donation. By sending a donation, you agreed to this Agreement.

When you are done sending your donation, you'll have to let us know few things so we can handle rewarding you.

The email has to be sent from the e-mail adress relied to your Paypal account. THIS IS A MUST!

• Can I obtain everything that's in donations, in game?

  Yup. Everything that's available in donations is obtenaible in-game.

• Is there any other way than Paypal to donate?

  Unfortunately not. Paypal is currently the only way to donate.

• How long will it take to receive my rewards after I donated?

  The estimated time on donations giveout is around 24hours. Maximum is meant to be 48hours, sometimes it takes longer though. Make sure you follow our donation claim mail example available in the Donation section and provide every required information to avoid any delay.

• I want something that's not listed in the donation page, is there any way to deal?

  No. We will never ever give you something or do something that we wont give/do to/for anyone else. Just forget it, it doesn't matter how much you have to offer.

• I made a mistake. I selected a reward that I don't want anymore. Can it be replaced?

  No, once rewarded we will not replace the given rewards. However, if you wasn't rewarded yet and decided to change the desired rewards, just re-send the donation claim mail.

• It's been over 48hours and I still didn't get my rewards, what to do?

  Re-send the donation claim mail and wait another 24hours... if after that you still didn't get your rewards, contact us through our Live Chat and we'll resolve it.
